Falla is a reputable, family run business with people who care about the service that they provide. We have used them for 3 moves in the last 15 years and have been completely satisfied every time. The staff are very polite and courteous and they take pride in their work. They arrive when they say they will - have the truck loaded within a few hours and in all 3 moves were ready to unload at the new location before we had keys to get in. We have never had so much as a scratch and have recommended them to all of our friends. I also like that we get our boxes from them and can return them when we have unpacked, as it saves them going out for recycling.

I just tried to book an estimate and was given 2 options this week, both during business hours (and my partner and I both work) - then I was told the next available time they could come to do an estimate was 2 weeks from now!!  Apparently they only have one person who is capable of providing estimates, and nobody to replace them on vacations.  Brilliant!
On to the next moving company....

This was our second move using Falla Movers. Both times, the packers and movers were extremely professional and courteous, worked quickly, efficiently and carefully. We had no damages, the movers were careful about placing things where we wanted them, and they did their best to ensure as stress-free a move as possible. As a bonus, both times the move cost considerably less than the quotation. 
We have moved numerous times due to employment transfers, and Fall Movers is memorable for providing outstanding service. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs moving services.
