Great and easy experience from the easy to use online reservation form to the drop off at the store. The gentleman who checked us out, I think his name was Brendan, was polite and explained the billing process. On the lot the nice woman named Erin got the truck for us and went over the gas and kilometres, then inspected the truck to make sure there was no damage and the truck was clean, she even explained the drop off process and the new APP to us to make the drop off quick and painless, she was very helpful and even dried down the front seats for us, since it was recently cleaned, and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed before we took off..we left confident and comfortable with our rental truck. At the return the truck was quickly inspected inside and out (including the lights and tires) again which made me reinsured that future rentals will be safe and sound just like this one. Overall great experience, very welcoming staff and would recommend to all my friends to use this location. 5+ stars!

Horrible service BEWARE of the mileage and how long you rent a van or pickup... they'll hose you really good. Better to rent a van at a normal car rental place it will cost you less.

Very easy and efficient! I always get the insurance which is worth the little extra peace of mind. I booked the 15' truck I needed online and added an extra couple of hours to my estimate at no extra charge, and when I returned the truck since I'd used credit card it was almost all automatic as soon as I dropped the truck off and they emailed my receipt perfectly. Also their store had amazing time-saving supplies. They've really evolved in the past several years! Well done!

Very very terrible customer service. Prepare to be on hold at length from the first attempt calling, to be put on hold again, and finally to be hung up on after twenty minutes on hold. Understaffed, people with no pride in service.
