Staff was excellent help. The units were unfortunately dirty and not taken care of. Definitely a rodent problem there, so disappointed that my property is damaged. Will be contacting management and the head office to see if I can receive a refund for the rental since I will be spending a large sum of money to replace my items.

My review is based on renting a cargo van and not the storage lockers. All in all great experience I booked online the night before, they called me the next morning asking a pickup time. I showed up picked up the van did my thing and returned it. No hassle at all van was really clean and the girl employee was nice and quick. All I'm all 5 stars.

Pretty much what you would expect but the hallways are well illuminated and clean. Only drawback is that the units inside are not lit and if you are in the unit the hall lights are motion sensitive and will turn off on you.

Just visited and was looking for a storage unit. If you want Zero customer service with a depressing employee. This is the place for you. I was there for over 5 minutes and she didn't even look at me once. She also didnt answer my question when talking directly to her, She just let me stand there while typing away on her computer
