Horrible service! The guy at the cash working weekends treated me like plain garbage when I asked a question about a product. I am calling the consumer protection office and head office of this chain to put an official complain. Someone has to do something about it. Being confronted as a woman by an angry dude is very intimidating. I walked away from the store feeling sick to my stomach. He also sold us defective equipment, which we tried to exchange or get a credit for. He tried to intimidate my boyfriend and provoke a confrontation. My advice.... AVOID this place at all cost unless you can bring a bodyguard with you for extra protection. Amazon is a much better place to get cheap equipment.

Amazing place, loved the atmosphere, loved the co worker but was hard to find what I needed, hopefully in the future you guys can step your game up cause a lot of companies are competing for the same prize here. I myself am a HUGE FREAKIN ATTRACTIVE MALE who needs to equipment, cheaper than a real gym, makes me nervous in person to see others working out near me, but this place makes me feel comfortable in an environment. God Bless Canada!!

Always closed. I work till 5:30 and very busy on weekends. This is the only problem. Otherwise, when I finally managed to get there, don't know who served me, manager or the owner, but he was very good and helpful. Even though I don't need much help. They have good selection at fair prices 👍
