Crystal Springs Campground

Great spot to stop!! Very quiet with a river meandering through and very green grass, even for the first of May. The owners are the best hosts ever!!!

I really enjoyed the lush grassy campsites. While it would have been nice to have electric hookups, we still really enjoyed camping here with our R-Pod (small trailer). The old couple who own the place were really friendly. It was clear that they don't like loud groups, so if that's you, you would probably be happier somewhere else. Small groups and families will find it very welcoming.

Awesome place to do a little camping. Large campsites with plenty of shade and grassy areas. Camp hosts are very attentive without getting in your business. Highly recommend for families that want to be close to Lava without being around the hustle and bustle.

Ever since my brothers and I found this place, we've come back every year. It's ideal for enjoying some quality, chill time with friends and family. This place has great views, massive trees, and the campsites are quite spacious, which is perfect for privacy and playing sports. There's also a river/waterhole, with a cute little waterfall, that you can take your tube and just relax in. Its a short drive to Lava, where you can soak in the hot springs and checkout the cool little indie shops.

Beautiful campground with large trees to shade the grassy areas! The river slowly meanders through creating a relaxed and calm feeling. Large grassy areas to throw the football or frisbee! Cute farm area to camp away from the business of Lava, yet super close to go into town and enjoy the hotpots, pool, and shops! Very nice owners who have great customer service!
