Gym St-Henri

I love this gym! Equipment is newer and nicer than most gyms I’ve tried, staff is super nice and helpful and other members are very respectful which is always a plus! It never gets too crowded I don’t recall ever having to wait to use equipment, and the space itself is beautiful with the brick walls and plenty of natural light. Yes the membership can get pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for if you’re a regular user!

This gym is great! The classes are awesome and it's a super clean and well maintained space. Tons of equipment and machines. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Sebree who was really accommodating and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

As a woman, I find it extremely hard to find a gym where I feel comfortable. The crowd that works out at Gym St-Henri is serious and respectful, which allows me to focus on myself. Also the staff is very friendly and the place is aesthetically nice! My favorite gym in the city by far.

Not fair at all dude. Especially being spoken to like I'm trying to run a scam or something. I was open to negotiating a wide range of compromises regarding my membership including paying 50%-100% of the months since your gym stopped charging me for whatever reason. You guys called me during the pandemic to specifically ask if I wanted to continue my membership and I told you that "absolutely yes" I do want to continue my membership. I might have even considered the near full price rate I was offered if I didn't need to sign a new one year contract and if I also wasn't told to my face that it's my own fault for canceling my membership something that never happened. I was one of the first people to walk through the door and buy a membership at your gym and now you've broken your promise to me about my rate without even respecting me enough to have a conversation about how to resolve the issue in a way that's fair to both of us.

Love this gym! Always clean and I like the mix of classes available. Did the 6:15pm body pump class with Sarah today and had an amazing workout! Will be back!

The gym is very clean & bright with natural light and all new equipment. Great showers, sauna and towel service is included. I really like working out here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable - especially Didier. Very courteous gentlemen. Even when I don't workout, I look doing some work in their lounge area. Great atmosphere!

The customer service experience is beyond what I was expecting!! Didier, who I thought was the owner of the gym because of how involved and helpful he is, is extremely kind and funny until you don’t scan your card hahaha. He really is everywhere, giving classes, giving tours, cleaning the change rooms and making the best protein smoothies. All the staff members are honestly so awesome. Sebree, Victoria, Joseph, and Christina are always there to help. Victoria’s spinning class is the highlight of my week! Gym St-Henri is honestly my new safe place because of them. I can’t thank them enough for what they brought into my life. Best gym ever!!

Has all weights/workout equipment you need and is always kept clean. Plus the owner is very helpful and always responsive to any issues. Highly recommend this gym!!

Excellent gym facilities steps away from the St-Henri metro station. Clean, open-concept luminous space; the membership includes group classes. There are several spaces available to do pilates/HIITs/calithenics/light weights/etc. Nice staff. Protein bars, smoothies, beverages available for quite a fee, but good for when you forget your own. Clean washrooms/locker rooms/showers. Personal trainers available to hire. Quite pricy, but well worth it. Definitely my favourite gym yet!

This gym continued to charge me months after my gym membership contract had ended. I received a refund from them; however, what they have done is unacceptable.
