Super humble atmosphere. The coaches are  as nice as they are disciplined. Probably the most modestly priced fight gym you will find in Montreal. I leave the work outs having learned something and dead tired. All aspects one should look for in a fight gym.

Awesome coaches. Great atmosphere. Shaq is the best.
Les coachs sont attentionnés et suivent toute les personnes égalements. Ils parlent français et anglais. Les entraînements sont intenses et complets.
