Nice and spacious gym, challenging WODs and functional equipment. The coaches are very knowledgeable, supportive and respectful. There is no yelling or "pushing" too hard on limits, just enthusiastic encouragement to keep at it. Never forcing anyone. The members are very social and supportive. Prescribed work-outs 6 days a week and 2 open gym days(Sunday) and striking classes (Tuesdays) are offered once a week and very fun and useful. They also have 2 groups of teen classes M, T, W and T. The shower rooms are smallish, particularly for the 5:30am class but the rest of the times, it's quite sufficient. They have physios on site who are very good and do lots of manipulation. There is ample parking and it's conveniently located near the Superstore.

Fortis has a great staff, convenient class schedule, and an awesome facility. They really care about all the customers and have created a family friendly fitness community in Orleans.

Crossfit Fortis is the best! Dan has a team of passionate and knowledgeable coaches who give positive and personal attention. Anyone could join and be challenged appropriately. I love it!

This is an awsome place for an awsome workout. I was intimidated to try it out considering that what I knew about crossfit was seeing the crossfit games on tv/youtube and thinking, nope I don't look like them and I can't do this. However, once you get over your nerves and/or shyness and walk in, you will regret not having joined before. Crossfit Fortis has excellent coaches who will help you through the moves and keep motivating you to keep going. They are passionate and very knowleadgeable. They will help you scale down a difficult move to built up your strength and get the form right. The members are very welcoming and enthusiastic as well. The Wods are challenging but fun. It's a great place to train and you will see results. Not just physically but mentally as well. I can't say enough good things about crossfit and especially Crossfit Fortis; this place is what made me want to show up and continue. Crossfit Fortis is the best!

So much fun with Paula. She is a great coach and helped me improve my snatch by 20#.
