Story

9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens.

The programs consist of a proprietary system of nine challenging workout stations developed by a World Champion Kickboxer.

Joined just over 1 month ago and I have to say I am loving it. Really good variety of different exercises each day, very helpful and informative staff and being able to turn up anytime is a major plus.
9Round is such a quick and effective workout! I like the different stations and that it's a different workout every time I go. Trainers are very encouraging and friendly. I've never felt self-conscious or judged once by staff or fellow members, they've created a really healthy and safe zone for all. At the end of the day we all have the same passion...we love to punch it out!! Keep up the great work Mel and team!
It’s a fast workout that fits within a very hectic life and schedule! I have 3 busy kids and own my own company and there’s never an excuse good enough not to go to 9Round for a 30 min workout. The trainers are exceptional and feel more like friends then anything else. The workout always changes and they’re always there to help you, motivate you and challenge you through it. I’ve been a gym rat at other places and worked out everywhere from gyms, to pools to my own home set up but no where has given me the motivation and schedule to get so much out of such a fun workout. I’m 6 months in to my membership and still wish I could go more then 3-4 times a week.
I just had my first workout here and I have to say that I have never felt more welcomed and supported upon entering a gym. The staff are all incredibly helpful and supportive and assist you without making you feel uncomfortable or silly. All around a great environment. I signed up for a year.
I love this gym! Trainers are great, they'll push you, guide you and encourage you. It's like you have a personal trainer through out your workout. The gym is very clean and well maintained. Music is always going to get you in the zone. The atmosphere is positive, and everyone knows your name. If you you need encouragement thru your workout, enjoy being around people with your same goals, and want to get fit... then THIS IS THE PLACE.
