Moksha hot yoga is a unique yoga series that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room. The series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress.

The 'hot' in hot yoga allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability, even ABSOLUTE beginners with limited flexibility!

I am new to Moksha Yoga Orleans but am really enjoying the classes and am already feeling the benefits. The staff are very kind and extremely welcoming. As a beginner the instructors have been great at assisting and walking me through various poses. The classes have helped me relax, eased the tension in my neck, shoulders and back. Best of all I am sleeping better. I am very pleased with my experience here.

Being fairly new to the practice of yoga, I was a little nervous walking in, only to be greeted like I have always belonged! It has been, and will continue to be a wonderful place to practice. After 14 classes, I am stronger, more flexible and most of all more focused. The studio is clean, in a great location and they have attentive and knowledgeable instructors. I highly recommend Moksha Yoga Orleans to anyone who is interested in pursuing this path.

just started attending classes at Moksha. I really enjoy the hot yoga classes. They are challenging enough but also easy enough to complete as I am new to yoga. I m already feeling the benefits. The studio is clean and bright and staff are professional and friendly. so far so good, Josee.

Such a great place. I had stopped taking yoga for a number of years because I felt the format was always so strict / regimented. Not so at Moksha Orleans where they are always encouraging you to listen to your body. I also love all of the teachers who really embody what Yoga is all about.

Moksha Yoga Orleans is one of the best studios I've been to! The space itself is welcoming and spacious, there is a variety of classes and the quality of instruction is superb. It is very community-minded and treats its customers with love and respect. I'm very impressed by Moksha Orleans!
