I was invited into the Heavens family to workout this last weekend. I took Daly's yoga class and it was outstanding! Great challenging practice with lots of support, encouragement and great music in a beautifully peaceful zen like studio. The next day I took Ashley's "Turbulent" class and the only way I can describe it is intense. She is full of energy, enthusiasm and encouragement for her students. The next day I felt the best kind of sore knowing I got a good workout. This is such a welcoming and supportive gym. I highly recommend it.
