Great customer service. The manager Sam is very helpful and always explains in clear detail what to expect for my car repairs. Would highly recommend this location!

My car ended up at this Craftsman Collision after I was rear ended. From arranging an appointment for an appraisal, an appointment for repair and keeping me updated, this shop provided exceptional service. The ladies at the front desk, Janine and Raman, were always patient and very pleasant. All staff members were accommodating and cheerful. My car was returned in beautiful condition and was very clean, inside and out. I cannot say enough about what nice people they are. Thank you!

Very bad service. Unreliable. Got my BMW 335 front bumper and hood painted. Came back twice to get it repainted. Wasted my personal time. They are prone for quick fix. The assistant manager is a con man and don't buy his stories. They will trap you by offering to fix it by a couple of days. But at the end they buy time form you and delay the delivery. Guys be cautious. I got screwed.

They're amazing and professional auto body shop. the service were quick and smooth. they took care of everything from the initial visit, paperworks, updates trough final pickup. They even went above and beyond my expectations to give extra service (freebies! ) nice.. very well done. Absolutely highly recommended.

Work went hundreds of dollars over an already high estimate with no phone call to authorize extra work.
