Craftsman Collision

After reading the reviews here I wasn't sure what I was going to get when I called to schedule an estimate for my truck's body damage. I spoke with Tom the manager who booked me in promptly. He was professional on the phone and when I stopped by with the truck for the estimate he arranged to immediately have my truck booked in for the required work. 3 working days later I got my truck back, better than new with the interior cleaned and ready to go. 100% recommend Tom and his team at Craftsman Collision. Update: Visited this Craftsman Collision again a few months ago after my truck was damaged in a hit and run. Tom and his staff attended to my vehicle quickly and the repair was immaculate. I will continue to return to this location whenever I need work done on my vehicles.

Administration at this location is a joke. A hobo is more professional than the store manager. The techs are careless with your car but they sure as hell don't miss out any detail on your bill. If you tell the manager about any concerns you might have they get very sensitive and feisty. If you bring you concern to another staff they are quick to defend their peers rather than offering an apology as any person with customer service experience knows is the way to soothe any situation of discontent. Save yourself a bad time and take you car else where. It's expensive and if only they'd perform as they charge. Oh and try not to mention any bad word in front of these people because they're preschoolers at heart and will get really sensitive and censor your freedom of speech right away.

Highly recommend this location! Couldn't be a smoother process. They leant me a courtesy car, warmed up the seat before hand and made sure I was under cover and out of the rain. I got my car back in less than 48 hours and it was spotless inside! To top it all off I scored major Air Miles even though my claim was covered by ICBC. I know where to go next time (hopefully there is no next time though!)

The staff made my experience in dealing with Craftsman Collision "Awesome"!! They were very Professional in the true sense in that it put the customer needs first. I have never been treated with such respect! It was old school. The workman ship was all "Pro" Thankyou Tom (Manager) Mike (estimator) the secretary ,and auto body mechanics who wall went that extra mile! The workmanship on my truck was all "Professional" Thankyou!! Patrick Myers-much appreciated customer. Will be back if and when I will need your service again. I will let my finds know who to deal with if they need auto body work done

I've always gone to craftsman collision. Ever since the MVA, since I've moved to delta, I had to look for a different branch. Came in to delta branch and explained to them about my MVA and based on my scheduled time to bring my car in, they knew I had a wedding a day after the car was to be handed to me. They definitely took my wedding very serious and made sure I got my car back 2 DAYS before my wedding. (thumbs up). throughout the whole time my car was with them, I received continuous text messages updating me on every step of my car and progress being made while also pointing out they know I'm getting married. this for one was very big and personal for me because I knew this was not a generic text but instead someone going out of their way to remember me and my concerns and addressing them promptly. Anyone who says that shop lacks customer service is severely mistaken. the manager was amazing and accommodating, very good laid back environment and very diverse and courteous staff. I never for once felt anything other than happiness and good news from them. They even buffed up a scratch that wasn't even related to my MVA. Highly recommended by me, awesome CS, awesome manager and staff, very fast and excellent at what they do, and always on schedule. let this be known that delta craftsman has beaten the CS experience I have had at all other craftsman locations and will always refer anyone to them and will always go back to them.
