It's wonderful there, had contact lenses fitting today, Donna was the lady teaching me how to wear it. she is sooo patient with me and very encouraging. All the staff are just so kind. Great experience.

We would never consider going anywhere else for our eye care. Cowichan Eyecare is quite simply, the best!

I HIGHLY recommend this office! Customer service is absolutely excellent. The staff here are super friendly and have an amazing ability to fit the perfect frames to your face. It's a beautiful office space which reflects the high quality of service you receive here. It's worth the drive from Victoria!!

What everyone else said. Brilliant. W**** simply did the perfect job of fitting my glasses. She was pleasant, thorough, genuinely concerned to guarantee it was right in every respect. I'd go back there again tomorrrow , but my glasses now fit perfectly so I have no reasonable excuse. :-)

Expert care at Cowichan Eyecare. As a patient for years now, the customer service is always impeccable and the caring staff always go the extra mile to make sure that we are cared for. Nice to have the new Duncan office a little closer to home.
