Very busy clinic, but that doesn’t stop them from giving you amazing care. The secretary is extremely friendly and helpful! The doctor (Dr De Beers) took his time and made sure I left feeling like my daughter is okay (she’s 5 months old). I will be going back to this clinic!

My experiences with Doctor Kapongo have been excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The office is usually pretty busy and the walk-ins are a little hit-or-miss. Frankly, any of the reviews which complain about open hours vs what they experienced when they arrived is colossally misinformed about how walk-in clinics work. Literally every single one will only put people on until they're at capacity. Regardless of any published hours of availability. As far as organizing around a triage basis (worse cases may get bumped up in priority), what sort of self-important git is informed that someone is considerably more ill than they are but they got bumped in favor of them and talks about it like they deserve that spot anyway? Get over yourself. My experience with Dr De Beers (I believe the spelling is?) on a walk-in basis has been very good as well.

Recommending calling to make sure the doctor is there. Walk-in Clinic says open till 600pm. Showed up at 3:10pm to be told that the Dr. will not be seeing any more patients for the day. Then told that the Dr. leaves when ever they feel like it.

for all of you complaining about them being closed, they are legally only allowed to take a certain amount of patients as with all other walk in clinics, use medimaps to check if they are open

Office staff will bump people ahead of you that they know for walk-ins when the person missed the registration number they had and came in after other were registered. Not professional when answering the phone on pick up.
