Discovered Hot yoga a year ago...I admit I was skeptical. It has done so much to improve my health. I have had the beginnings of arthritis flare ups but since going to yoga they have not come back. My doctor has actually written me a medical note stating I should continue hot yoga. Within the first 2 months I also lost 10 pounds. Definitely worth the try!
