Posted without prejudice There seems to be a disparity between customer service and proper management of appointments. While I'm sure all of my peers would agree, we exercise constraint when it comes to appointment times drastically exceeding what was booked. In my opinion, it has a bad reflection directly on the Dr, as apparently the entrepreneur to create a clinic. As the customer, I truly want to have faith in the abilities of the office staff, as well as the medical professional who has dedicated themself to the betterment of our health. I am offering and requesting a reply to this post from Valley Medical Clinic. I realize that this posting may raise a few hairs, but I also believe that we as patients have an inherent entitlement to an adequate response.

On 2 occasions dianosed problem incorrect, called me in 1 time for no reason at all only to charge msp for bogus visit! Front desk woman was very short and rude to me and very rude to others on phone while I waited to see Dr. She should not be in this field as she has no patients or compation at all! Unfortnatly this is the closest clinic to us in this community, I will not return to this clenic for fear of this happening again as many others have had the same or similar experience and opinion so I suggest a drive to duncan clenic for your own safety and sanity.

I'm giving my doctor (Dr.Ismail) 5 stars. I have had her as a family doctor for 9 years now, and she has been absolutely outstanding. Always going above and beyond what she could have done for me and my family. As for the ladies at the front desk - I've had very hit and miss experiences. Some of them are wonderful every time It seems. Others really need to look into advancing their social skills with others, or perhaps finding a new job?

I have always found the reception desk staff very friendly.No problems thus far.I think the Valley medical clinic staff are Great! I also think my Dr. is very caring,and listens to my concerns.Dr. Ibrahim is very thorough,my daughter and I both are very happy with everything.

Great Clinic! I found the front-end staff courteous and helpful. On a typical visit, I will often share a smile and joke with the staff. I rarely wait more than 20 minutes to see the Dr. That’s a lot better than other clinics I have been to! Also, Dr. Ibrahim is a wonderful, caring Doctor. I feel very lucky to have him as a family physician.
