Love this store, shop here all the time. However it's sad that the Markville location closed down. Now the other stores are to far.

What's there more to say terrible service, rude employees and no respect. Now that they posted a new "policy" that makes no sense for funko pops which will be impossible to get certain ones and leave the employees to take them all nice end on your part hot topic.. Avoid this location if you want to deal with an employee or worker who will lie to you about a certain funko related item they will ignore you or tell you they "don't have" but they hide everything in the back.

Wish that this location would hire "proper" employees. These so called employees are always rude to the customers and when you ask them for something they have they will lie straight up to you and say they don't have it but funny enough they are hiding it in the back. This goes for any funko pop vinyl item which I find unacceptable. The fact that hot topic allow these employees to disrespect us and also buy out all the funko pops just to resell like serious? For anyone who reads this I strongly recommend to avoid this location since they allow "scalpers" and "resellers" to work and profit.

People who work their are sketchy. You ask them for something funko pop related and they tell you that they don't have it but they do. Kind of sad how hot topic doesn't do anything about these employees who take an advantage of taking the stuff for themselves just to resell.
