A great choice if you want to fit in a short workout outdoors! The long stretch of stairs are perfect for all levels of athletic intensity - you can walk, run, or even hop up on one foot if you want to make the climb a little more challenging to fit your fitness level. The stairs portion is not shaded so make sure you wear sunblock or wear a hat if you go on a clear hot day. Continue past the stairs and up the trail to the very top for a bit of a longer (but still fairly short) uphill walk. I'd imagine it would be good to do a few times a week!

The Coquitlam Crunch is a great place to spend an afternoon and workout. Since the new upgrades, the Crunch is more popular than ever before! It's a bit rocky and steep, so make sure you bring proper shoes! Remember to stay hydrated!

Absolutely love doing the crunch. It's a great workout. The new stairs section is a bit steeper but it's still great. I do it at least once a week. Highly recommend.

Well constructed and usually not too crowded. Looking forward to both sides being open, either for a circuit or the more-likely division between walkers and joggers.
