Worst parking lot ever. Neither the machine nor the app works. You cannot do anything, but waiting for your car to be towed.
Worst place to park in... I was at library and got a ticket for parking there over 4 hours.. I appeled the ticket twice explained my reasons in that didn't know if im at the library too i will be ticketed, they asked me to prove if i was at lib by a copy of receipt or anything... I didn't have a copy but i proved I was at the library for a responsible reason and send them a personal information copy of whyvi was at yhe lib, even though my appeal denied, i asked for payment plan as iam unable to pay this.. No understanding... How come a public library... You get a ticket!!!!! The answer was we don't know if people park their and go for their business.. Is that even an answer? It's worst experience ever in all parking i have parkedbin ever... Not recommended to any one.. If there is 0 star or minus i would choose it... No understanding no appreciation...
