Nice little park to walk through. Its very open and the trail network is nice and long. Beautiful on a sunny day. You'll run into tonnes of different types of birds nesting in the area so there is lots of opportunity to take some good bird photos or for bird watching. Highly recommend it.

Excellent dike and trail park for walking, biking, bird and nature sighting along the lower coquitlam river. Also a community garden for people who love to plant flowers and produce that have no yard to grow on. With washrooms and running water ☺

Beautiful trails along rivers and old farmland, great for walking, running and bicycle riding. There's a large community garden across the road from the insane asylum. Watch out for bears and escapees, I have encountered bears a few times. If you see one, just go back the way you came.

I took this shot of a police car, but what you don't see is actually an officer pushing a car that was on the middle of the road. Cops are good people too.
