If you are looking for local, organic, bulk, homemade, this is the place to go! There homemade soups are awesome and there deli is packed with hand made soups and salads freshly prepared in their onsite kitchen. They also have a Coop kids program they you can sign up your child/ren at no extra cost and whenever you visit they get a piece of fruit or vegetable for free! They also have a basket of fruits and vegetables washed and ready to go for your little ones to eat while you shop. They also have a small boardroom that you can call and reserve for a small meeting or gathering.

So great to see a Co-op in the North Woods. Even though it is a coop, you don't need a membership to shop here, everyone's welcome. The space is warm and welcoming, with a good eating area. The produce selection is great, and worth the trip just for that area. The grab and go food is nice, and affordable. Soup, pre-packaged salads, and pre-packaged sandwiches are available and all great. Staff is helpful knowledgeable. The plus side is that the store backs up into Lake Superior, so the views are wonderful.

A lovely co-op and a total gem of a place. Produce is fresh, there's a good selection of items, and prices seem in line with the larger co-ops in the state. Plus the staff and other customers seemed very friendly. Will definitely come back next time i am in Grand Marais.

Membership required...newer building, very clean...well layed out & well stocked...decent variety of items & brands...lots of bulk items...prices do seem a bit high, but most stores in that area tend to run higher because of the costs involved in supplying them...acceptable hours of operation...
