They never answer the phone the wait time in this office is like going to a 9-5 job. They soooo behind processing your snap benefits they will tell you within a week of so or couple of days turn out to be months. I don’t like this office at all they need better instructions and good personality working with people about there benefits.

Horrible smelly unprofessional place. The workers are extremely rude. The 2 guards from Allied universal are pointless and uses vulgar language consistently to employees and patrons. You're going to be standing in line for 2 hours just to sit and wait for another 2 hours to be seen. If you call, you'll never get an answer. Extremely dirty ghetto and ran down. The city of Chicago should be ashamed of themselves. Yikes

They Suck they never answer their phone they don't take care of the things they suppose too I don't recommend anybody to go here HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Not even a one star place! The workers there are the worst! I applied 4 months ago for a medical card never never processed my application!!
