Sarpino's Pizzeria Bucktown

I usually order delivery late night, so that is what I'm reviewing. For late night pizza after a night of fun, it does the job. I enjoy the variety of options, but the pizza is just okay. They are also negligent with the extra sauce orders, and will lie about the sauces being delivered properly. I'll still order from them when I have a hankering for pizza at 1 am, but I'll always skip trying to order extra sauces.

I ordered couple pizzas and 3 calzones. I don’t know what others talking about, but they made the delivery pretty quick and also gave me coupons. So, next time I can get a discount by using them. Everything was just great. I liked their service and I’ll order again. Best pizzas in town!

Don’t do it. There are many better places to order from in the neighborhood. Buzzed them into my building and instead of coming to my apartment door, they left the pizzas for my party in my unattended lobby in the middle of winter. By the time I called to find out what happen and got to the 3 pizzas, they were cold, of course. Called to complain and instead of offering to deliver an entirely new order of 3 pizzas or a refund, they delivered one. While I appreciate some effort to correct the problem, they should have just delivered a new order.

Complete disaster. Don’t eat here.we ordered the house special pizza with a Greek salad. Our Uber driver showed up with a small cheese pizza. The poor driver went back to retrieve our salad and we received no salad dressing. I spoke to the manager and he re-sent one of his drivers with our pizza. This young man couldn’t speak English well enough to communicate with us. He insisted we pay an extra 19.00 for #2. Horrible experience. Ruined our evening.
