Super flavorful Spice is perfect! No one is touching them I travel far & it’s worth it every time

The lady that answered the phone had the most DISGUSTING ATTITUDE ever. I turned my car around so fast. I will NEVER step foot in that place based off that terrible customer service I received. If you all want to spend your money on people that treat you terribly, this place should be at the top of your list. If not, keep your money & go else where. Trust me they're not worth one penny.

The food here is delicious I had Egusi soup with Fish and goat meat

Whoever answers the phone needs to a telephone courtesy class, she’s very rude, even if the food was for free you still need to treat people with respect. I have read your responses to other people’s review of your restaurant, some of it are quite unprofessional as well. The jollof rice sold to me today was really stale, tasted awful and didn’t smell great at all, it wasn’t made this week, maybe left over from last week, this is not very fair. I tried ordering few weeks ago, they lady didn’t let me finish my order before hanging up on me, I really wanted to give her a piece of my mind. For a restaurant as rude as this, the least you could do is give people value for their money.

Qaato has great flavorful authentic African food. I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years and have had the best customer service experience. The food is tastefully prepared with all of the right spices to make your taste buds feel rejuvenated. I have tried everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. I recommend placing your order an hour ahead because the food is made to order.

Food is always good and is worth my 75 minutes drive. However, they are not professional when answering the phone and taking orders. They really have to take a class. Please thank the cook for a job well done.

While on vacation from Florida my husband and I decided to try this restaurant and I’m so happy we did. The food was very delicious and authentic. I had the Efforiro with fish and my husband had okra with fish. The wait time was about 45mins but it was worth it.

Went to order 2 $8 dollar dishes and was told it would be $30. When asked why was it different from the website, the woman taking orders claimed to not be familiar with the website pricing. When I showed her the menu price she continue to say $30. I fully support black businesses all over the diaspora, but I will not support deception. I would have paid $15 a plate if it was listed that price on the website and she did not respond with the lack of professionalism. Please consider the bad impression you left this potential FIRST TIME customer. Very sad to have witness such shadiness
