DHS Family Community Resource Center in Cook County - South Loop

the staff has not been trained on professionalism or how to be professional. I know they serv a particular community but the way they do business, you can't tell staff from community. AND they lost my file! 3 months without resources... who is in charge of this state?!

Horrible horrible place! They need to shut that place down ASAP! I know AID offices tend to take a while but, I’ve never experienced something like this before! They are rude & unprofessional even the security up there are rude af! If you don’t want to deal with people I wouldnt suggest working in customer service. They are so lazy and slow up there! SHUT IT DOWN!

I feel they need to shut this facility down why have a phone if your not picking up was left on hild for an hour

The caseworkers don't move urgency!! They are rude and unprofessional!! Customer service is negative 10!! The caseworker calls people every hour it seems!! They have a lot of caseworkers but it seems most of them are moving at a slow pace they are more concern with taking breaks and their lunches!

Unresponsive to customers You can never get through on the phone at all which I feel is so unprofessional
