was dealing with a case worker who was helpful with all questions and calls back since having issues with me case, after all the time she spent with me assuring me she would call me to let me know status of case and give me interview for my link card she stated she would call back me back and never did and my last call she just said wait for letter in mail? after all the time she was dealing with me it would of just been nice for a call back to know status. now after calling this office for over a month and a half and leaving voice mails, nobody calls back and nobody ever answers the phones in this office. i'm very disappointed on how the state allows these agencies to treat us like this when we need assistance and these people are getting paid to do a job!!!!

Very dissatisfied with the customer service here to wait as long the parking lot is disgusting the people inside are always angry and the staff are not very helpful they're actually rude snotty they don't really help you with your situation we can you wait way too long for any type of help in there and then when you do get help you feel like wait a minute I have more questions than answers I don't recommend going here but unfortunately people have to thanks to the government this place is horrible
