Super clean facility & Chris in the office was very friendly and helpful. I hope to only be at this storage facility for a few months, so I hope I don’t see the rate changes that almost all storage places like to throw at you. I’ve had to rent at different facilities over the years and I’ve never found one that doesn’t give you multiple rate increases over the course of a year. I think that’s crummy of a company, but I certainly don’t blame the guys in the office for that. It just inspires me to get my stuff out quicker to avoid the hike. So this review is for the staff. If I see bs hikes in price, I’ll put a separate review in for the corporate boneheads. So far I’m happy with the service I received from the staff.

I worked with Marty Colborne today. He was excellent. His explanation of the contract was so clear. He reserved a very convenient storage space for me. His customer service was wonderful. And, I got finished unloading my car and packing my storage unit just in time to make my afternoon appointment. I finished my contract today with Chris. He was so polite and efficient. My paperwork was emailed immediately after I hung up the phone. I only needed the space for 6 months to store and sort things out. Chris was very gracious and a joy to work with. What an excellent company to do business with!

Marty is great and the facility is brand new and super clean with top of the line gates. Probably the best storage facility that I have ever seen. I could not have asked for a more decent guy to deal with. Very helpful. He even stayed an extra half an hour past his shift to help me get set up with a storage unit that I desperately needed since coming back into town from a road trip with a car full of possessions.....human compassion and empathy is in short supply these days and I appreciated Marty's efforts for me that day (about 3 and a half weeks ago).

Marty the property manager is exceptionally friendly and helpful. He gave a thorough tour of the facility on McCormick, answered my questions, and held a unit for us at the internet savings price. We ended up not needing it currently, but would definitely consider Extra Space in the future. A safe and secure property. Thanks, Marty!

Had to come here while helping a friend move to the suburbs, this place is nice, well-lit and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.
