Consulat Général d'Haïti à Montréal

I'm a student at UQAM doing a research project about how each culture is integrated in Quebec. So I needed statistics. I called 5 times at their consult for them to make me wait and send me to voicemail at the end. If you are not able to answer the phone, then don't get a phone. It's not normal that I have to call 3 different sections of the consult and for the 3 of them not to pick up the phone.
