Terrible experience, every time I go there. A clear demonstration of typical Pakistani Clerk sitting behind the window. They will make you go back and forth to obtain a simple document. (can't imagine what the case may be for a more complex document). Information available on their website does not correlate with the information coming out of the clerk's mouth. (the mustache guy). I wish I was able to give them less than one star. I mean, these people are supposed to be here to help us in obtaining our documents. I am really disappointed with their knowledge of human relations. (be kind and respect people's time). I wish someone back home in Pakistan will read this and send us some better quality representatives.

It has been an endless effort on my side to contact on ext 24 to get information for NICOP card but a week long effort with multiple attempts on daily basis returned with dead air. I was left with no choice but to visit consulate and unfortunately the road is under repair and one can not park car on the road side designated area.In the ideal world, consulate will double its phone service for its visitors to assist them with necessary information. I could not find parking in adjacent streets and reluctantly parked my car in alley behind consulate building which was not legal parking spot. I hurriedly entered the reception area hoping to obtain information in minimum possible time to avoid ticket for illegal parking. As I entered, I was surprised to find the gentleman busy chatting on whats-app most likely with someone back in Pakistan. My point is, if this is the level of incompetence and unprofessional behavior among most staffers then what is the purpose of their presence. They are not here to serve us, they are here to serve their very own purpose. I am not complaining to anyone because nothing is going to change, just sharing my frustration with other visitors on this site who had similar experience with phone service.

No 1 PICKUP THE PHONE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY JUST BECAREFULL HE SAID TO ME $132 BUT HE CHARGE ME $132.05
