Very exceptional service! A+++++++++ It was urgently to flight to the U.S. for a business meeting and realized that my passport was expired. Immediately went to the Tunisian Consulate in Montreal and explained them the situation. Personnel were very welcoming, cooperative and professional :-) I filled a quick form and electronically emailed them all docs and proofs. In less than three (3) hours, they issued me a brand NEW passport at NO extra cost. Thanks so much for the great service!

It’s bad service, they didn’t care about emergency, NO BODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. I should go to Montreal to get the answers, I’m from Toronto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least two weeks ago I tried to reach them, but no one answers
