Very bad reception service, call never been pick up. Prepare to have your private information and needs to be discussed in front of others. Lady speaks too loud and too much, not sincere to help at all.

No stars, no service, uma vergonha para Portugal, these people are at our service not the opposite. They are very well paid for the little work they do. Uma verdadeira calamidade

I called for a student Visa, it takes about 10 calls to be answered at, only for the guy to tell you that you need this doument, this and that that's it. Guy kinds of hangs up on you because he looks like he's in a hurry (I got to speak to someone 2 times on different days, both told me not exactly the same things). Then you go there with the documents these persons told you to bring and wow surprise the person in place tells you that you're short of half of the documents. Unprofessionnal and inconsistancy, be on your guard with who you speak on the phone. Then you feel like a moron because you just lost your time and need to come back in two days (because the services are not available every day).

Poor, can't believe they make me take a day of work and them its close... 9 to 1 is that what is the working hours... Not even in Portugal, this is non sense and disrespect to people that need something from their embassy
