Dont even try calling their phone number. You'll be wasting 2 minutes of your precious time. Dont try emailing them also because its useless as well. Dont try to mail them anything expecting a response. This is typical Algerian Bureaucracy. It's just an agonizing and systematic waste of peoples time by design.

I have lost all my documents and money the first day arriving to canada, and when i went to the consulate they were really helpful … they reassured me and even an agent offered me money to help me. Only the agents at the entrance are unpleasant otherwise i totally had a good experience.

Please FIRE THE GUY AT THE RECEPTION. Who the hell does he think he is ?? he gets annoyed at any question we ask him, he’s rude, doesn’t give the right direction, impolite … they picked the worst person ever… ma3rifa ?

Embassy employees are respectful and professional. They offer great and fast service as they are very experienced.nnIt would also be very helpful if there were more monitoring of email and phone inquiries, in order to avoid going in-person to ask, then have to come again with the required documents. This is a challenge especially for full-time employees, however it is great that they are open on Saturdays.nnGreat experience overall!

Great service and great people.nI came a little bit late to deposit my request to have a passport. The front desk welcomed me very warmly and explain that i may not be able to do it as the service should have already closed. He allowed me to fill the form and directed me to the passport service.nI found a very helpful person there who took the time and went the extra step to review my form, fix some mistakes and accept it.nI didn’t have cash to pay and he gently accepted to wait for my wife to arrive with the money to pay the passport fees.nnI couldn’t be more grateful for these guys who were very helpful and provided me with a great service.nKudos to these guys
