Zafar was very friendly, helped me build my PC and showed me every step of the way what he was doing. Fantastic pricing and great customer service. He got the job done very fast and i cannot imagine better service anywhere else in the city of waterloo. From what i saw he was very helpful to other customers and the store has a great selection of laptops for a good price. Would give a higher rating if i could.

I brought my computer in for repairs and a cleanup. Tje work was done at a very reasonable price and done quickly. I am very satisfied with the service from CXS.

Earlier today I had an issue with the charger for my Acer laptop. Gave them a call and they were very friendly and helpful. Visited the store and my issue was resolved fast for a reasonable price and half of what I was quoted by another store.
