Walked in and they had a cancellation and I bought a new car stereo. They installed it and set up the Bluetooth. Excellent service. And home theatre equipment,,, wow !!! They also installed my wife's remote car start. They service and stand behind what they sell. Try getting that from a big box stores. Pricing was reasonable , not sky high and out to lunch. Check 'em out , they have all your A/V needs and more.

Can't say enough 'bout Paul & his team.  They answered the phone on the 3rd ring when I enquired as to a DVD Recorder. 'Voila' he had a used one from Sony on hand, even offered a 30 day return. This is an outstanding machine. More than satisfied with the performance & price. They've been doin' it right the first time for decades.

Nothing but good things to say about Natural Sound.  I've both bought and had repaired home audio gear here throughout the years - Natural Sound always delivers.  Their prices always seem to be the lowest vs. competitors (especially if you time things with a sale).  Staff is always extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

So much knowledge. I was very impressed by the amount of knowledge I was given during my time there. It is rare to find places that are still so knowledgeable. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for any type of audio. Once again. Very impressed!

I walked in, spent 10 minutes wandering around the store, tried to talk to the sales people who were 'busy' behind the counter, as I approached, one of them physically turned away from me to start surfing on their phone. 

I haven't been to the store in 10 years, because the last time I was there they sold me the best of the best, and I haven't had any issues. I thought they were a good choice to shop with to upgrade my entertainment system. Boy has the service gone down hill. I got better service at a Best Buy. That's extremely sad.
