I booked a demo for the Apple Vision Pro with my girlfriend. The rep who was helping us Salah was the nicest most chill dude working in retail 100%. The experience was amazing not only with the device but the welcoming environment aswell.nnThank you Salah I will buy my next phone from you.

Exceptional Customer Service!nnI had an amazing experience at the Apple Store in Conestoga Mall, all thanks to Tony! One of my AirPods had an issue, and initially, another associate denied the exchange. However, Tony went above and beyond to help us. He patiently checked everything, understood the concern, and not only replaced the faulty AirPod but also changed both! His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made all the difference. If you ever visit this store, he’s the best person to talk to. Thank you, Tony, for your outstanding customer service!

Everyone here is so kind!! I came in with two of my friends so I could trade in an old laptop for a gift card, and so my friend could get a diagnostics test run on her laptop. We talked with over 5 sales associates and everyone was so kind and helpful. As we were leaving we took a quick peek at the Apple Vision Pro and got prompted to do a demo of them. We decided to and they were able to accommodate all three of us at once. It was a great experience and the associate that led it for us was incredibly personable and helpful. We would definitely recommend doing a demo for them, we all want a pair now! Every time I’ve been here I’ve always had great experiences with the employees.

Update: I have second worst experience with them. They messed up my laptop. My left speaker was working but after service they messed up. Dont trust those guys. Omg how come this place can be exist, they should close down this location!!!nnTHE WORST LOCATION OF THE DECADES. CONGRALATIONSnnThey send me back to home with a defective and unsafe to use battery. This was the decision of the girl introduced herself as head of technical service. She even doesn’t listen, lack of customer resolution skills and knowledge of apple hardware. So if this person is head, you can imagine of this branch quality. I know in Toronto downtown is very professional. Conestoga mall branch needs to be audit for their service quality and qualifications of employees. It is illegal to send home with a factory defective battery. Its apple’s faulty battery but unfortunately decisions maker girl in this branch even cant understand and listen properly! Shame on you Apple just because you made this girl head! Lowering the quality and customer experience.

Make sure you make an appointment if you need technical support. The wait is long even from when they open as there are many online bookings. Even once you make it inside for your appointment time, there will still be a wait to be helped. I had to send my Apple watch to the depot for repairs and was assured it will take up to 5 days for the watch to be returned to me but 5 days later the watch is still nowhere to be found.
