Everyone here is so kind!! I came in with two of my friends so I could trade in an old laptop for a gift card, and so my friend could get a diagnostics test run on her laptop. We talked with over 5 sales associates and everyone was so kind and helpful. As we were leaving we took a quick peek at the Apple Vision Pro and got prompted to do a demo of them. We decided to and they were able to accommodate all three of us at once. It was a great experience and the associate that led it for us was incredibly personable and helpful. We would definitely recommend doing a demo for them, we all want a pair now! Every time I’ve been here I’ve always had great experiences with the employees.
nnWhile I dislike writing negative reviews, this place truly deserves one. The store's service was so poor that it doesn't even deserve a single star. I went there to buy an iPhone, knowing exactly which phone I wanted, so there was no need for browsing. However, the lineup was disorganized, with no one monitoring it, leading to customers being served based on proximity to sales representatives rather than waiting times.nnAfter waiting for 15 minutes, I approached a sales rep and expressed my desire to buy a phone. Unfortunately, he told me everyone was busy and I had to wait for 10-15 minutes, despite seeing other available sales reps.nnEventually, after waiting for another 25 minutes, a sales rep finally assisted me.nnIn summary, this place urgently needs to develop and implement a better system to serve its customers properly.
My experience yesterday at the Apple Store and Conastoga mall will be unforgettable and not in a positive way. I was told my phone will take about two hours to 2 hours and 20 minutes to change battery and to check its system. I arrived at 11:45 In the morning and by 2:10, I returned back to the Apple Store and was told that my phone would take another 20 minutes. This was not going to work for me because I needed to go and pick up my kids from school when I then spoke to a male manager, I was told that they could not do anything about it that I had to return, so I left them all and return back. Once I return back to Conestoga mall I was told by a customer that the mall had lost his power and they have closed all the stores. I immediately went to the Apple Store to retrieve my cell phone and was told that they would see what they could do for me because they were not giving anybody their phones Two minutes later a female manager showed up and told me that they couldn’t do anything because I had to run another system check and that I had to wait till later or return the next day I clearly explained to her that a mother of four could not be left without a phone Overnight. She then said she would see what she could do a few minutes later she returned back with another employee to give me my phone my phone was in a small bag and she was returning it to me and then stated that she would give me my phone but I had to come back in a few days to pay the bill. I currently have AppleCare, so there should’ve been a small or no charge at all. She handed me my phone and said take the phone and get out of here. I was a bit thrown back because I was not sure why she was seeing it in that way of course she had a smile on her face. She then repeated while you have to come back and pay your bill in a few days and said there is no bill because I have AppleCare she then went on to tell me take the phone take your kids and just get outta here. Here’s the phone get out of here enjoy your day so I walked away in a days. I was very confused. I cried as I walked through the mall. I cried all the way home and I cried even more when I got home. They should not be the way that you treat a customer because you were having a meltdown because the systems are down I did not appreciate it being treated like that. I’m very disappointed that a person who’s appointed a manager of a big store is treating customers in this way. I have been an Apple customer for years.
We had a return/replacement to do at this Apple Store and the employees we dealt with were so nice and patient. Louis was quick to problem solve with an issue we had with our return and Michael made sure our replacement process went smoothly. 5/5 stars for both of them!
As usual, the managers at Apple Conestoga they don’t know how to serve their loyalty customers zero customer experience, and was proved today when I spoke to the manager and she confirmed not caring if you’re with us 10 years or more or even bought from us with 5M or not, as she said we’re not caring for treat the loyalty customers in a different way.nReally was disappointed from her response and the way treated.nSo sad that one of the largest tech companies have zero CS.
