If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't buy Apple products but I accompanied my dad as he wanted an Apple watch 8. The staff there were either rude or nice nothing in between. I asked the first lady for help buying the watch but she was very short and rude with me when listing out what specs I could get for it I was clear I didn't know much about the watch but she treated us as if we were stupid. Hate to pull the race card but I think it is worth mentioning they were a lot more friendly with the white clientele. Anyway I asked another staff member for help and they were a lot better and we got the watch. Fast forward to a week after my dad didn't like the watch and wanted to return it. They took one look at it and said nope! The screen was just barely scratched and thanks to the fine print on the back of the receipt we were basically told to leave. No help what do ever. Not even a reduced refund which we were willing to take. Just a thank you for the money and get out of our store. Honestly I didn't think they would be this bad but Apple always finds a way to surprise me! I've attached a pic of the watch for you to see. In short I wouldn't buy Apple products but if I did I would probably buy it from Amazon as their customer service would have been much better.
The customer service was amazing. Yes, I had to wait a bit before someone would help me, but after that, everything went great! They helped with everything I needed. I will definitely come back here again for any Apple related needs I may have. I highly recommend coming here rather than some other place to buy any Apple product. They make sure you get the best products
I came into the store today to purchase a new 2022 MacBook Air with the M2 Chip. I was greeted by Natalia, and it was actually her first day working at the store. She was able to answer my questions and was comfortable asking her fellow employees for help when she didn't know the answer. She made my experience at Apple very smooth and personable. I was delighted to be her first customer! I always have great experiences at this store, but Natalia really stood out! She's a fantastic hire and I hope I see her when I visit again. Thank you!
sincerely, i bouight with my iphone a belkin screen protector which has life warranty expensive for a screen protector because it was worth it. Time later when i got to change my protector cause it was broken it was super complicated and when i finaly did it also remeber to have all your rec eipts with you, including the one which shows that u bought it because if not they wont give you nothing However, after all this problematic , waiting for my replacement, the company tells you its already delivered, which was not, so now i paid 70 dollars for a screen protector that is broken and nobady even cares about the warranty. a sincerely opinion for you all is to try to buy things outside this big places, just get your phones and thats it . im extreamly tired of arguing with everybody and nobody cares about your issues after you give them the mony
Lots of great review when folks are buying apple goods. I presume you have to be very bad to mess this up. My experience with apple started when I need to fix battery in my laptop. Battery did not not held charge anymore. After initial diagnose I was told to leave laptop and wait until part comes in and technician will fix it. Few days after I got the laptop. When I came home one of the keys immediately stuck. I made another appointment with "Geniuses" and went back again. I had to wait few days again until they have replaced the bezel they somehow did not attach properly. No replacement laptop was given meanwhile and I have to find a laptop to work on until then. Watch out for the quality of repair!
I buy a packet of 4 Air Tags to help family members locate lost luggage on a family trip . Three were successfully linked to my I phone; one did not work. I return the faulty one to the store to exchange for a new one they also come in packets of 1 I am told that in order to make the exchange ,I have to bring in the 3 working Air Tags- which , at this point are located in various family members' luggage . Then they will give me a new packet of 4 , even though I only need 1 I explain the logistical difficulty : 3 family members have to drive over to my place with the Air Tags. I then have to make another trip to the store with them I then have to repeat the process of linking them to my I phone What's your reason for making me go through this I ask, simply to exchange 1 Air Tag ? " It's the paper work. We need to give you a new packet of 4 , otherwise the paper work wouldn't match "
Awful customer service with condescending manager. I called them beforehand to ask if my Apple Care+ covers scratches on my iPhone screen, and I was told yes and an appointment was booked. When I got to the store, I was then told the scratches are not covered. The manager talked to me in a very condescending attitude, and walked right away after finishing his sentences. I was hinted to crack the screen myself if I really want to replace the screen. When I cracked the screen and came back, he told me to book another appointment even though I have only left the store for 4 minutes. Finally some staff tried to help me, he came and whispered something to the staff, then all of a sudden I have to wait for another two hours to pick up my phone. This is the experience I have had today. Definitely not recommended
I went there the other day to get my friend iPhone 14. And guess what no one welcomed us which is fine and they didn’t even bother to help us when we needed to know details. Such racist facial expressions and disgust in their faces. Never experienced like this before in any other Apple Store so far. Am pretty sure people who gave 5 stars and good reviews are their friends. I wish I could just mention the names of those people. But what’s the use. It’s literally every single employee in there. Never going back to that store ever again.
First of all there was unorganized line up to buy apple watches. Nobody monitored it so whoever approached or was closer to customer rep got served first. I have seen two individuals who came after me and another group of ppl got served before us. Then I could not use my gift cards towards a purchase, even though I had receipt from another store where those gifts cards were purchased. They told me to call customer service. Great customer service Apple, definitely it's better to shop online... Or choose another store whom sells apple products....
Today I ordered two new 10.2-inch iPads online. I had originally planned to have them delivered to my house. However, the estimated delivery was a month from now. So I chose to pick them up the same day instead. It was only an hour wait time from the time I placed the order and the remote pick up was less then two minutes. Very pleased with the service at this Apple location.
