Not even sure what to say. From Ross to Scotty and everyone else, simple a great bunch of people. This is so not the usual "used car salesman place". Very low pressure. I bought a car that needed a new sensor. We scheduled an appointment for the fix (no charge of course). Because things were going to take a bit longer, Christine came to speak to me and then offered, and did, bring me back lunch. This is a great place. And it clearly starts at the top. If I ever want to buy a car again this will be the first place would I look. An absolute pleasure.

Great service from beginning to end, and the service continued even after i drove my vehicle off the lot. Renato and Christine were helpful, professional and had a low pressure approach which i really appreciated.

Come for the incredible inventory, stay for the unparalleled customer service. 5* EDIT: A few days after I purchased a car from Company of Cars, I encountered a small issue with the car's battery. The owner has personally taken care of the issue and I can easily say he has gone above and beyond in order to make things right. This is NOT a company that tries to wash their hands of all responsibility after the deal is done.

11/10. Went to numerous dealerships, needed to get a car quickly.. Dealt with numerous shady characters that made you feel compelled to get the car mechanically inspected! Came to Company of Cars after a full day of dealership hopping. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they had done a full inspection and had the entire history ready. There was one part they mentioned would need to be replaced in the future, tires at 80% tread in the front, 50% in the back. Both things I probably wouldn't have noticed.. I appreciate honesty very highly, so that was a cut above what I had grown accustomed to in the search for my first car. Just previously to coming here, I had said to myself, I now understand why people buy new cars. My dad was blown away by the professionalism and thoroughness of the salesman. Ross had helped me out, he was absolutely fantastic. I walked out with a Lexus, extremely satisfied with my purchase, I believe with all expensive options purchased, the absolutely spotless car might have been undervalued.. Will be coming back for my 2nd car.
