Very happy with our purchase of a new Dodge Grand Caravan at Carter, and the decision to buy the particular minivan we chose was thanks mainly to sales rep Michael Chidley. Would recommend this fellow highly to any friend of ours interested in purchasing a vehicle. One doesn't buy a new car very often, and it does take a bit of work, so it helps to have someone who will listen carefully to the requirements, which Michael did. There's a lot to consider: he helped us weigh various options and come to what I believe was the best decision for us. Can you ask any more from a car sales rep? Yes? A sense of humor and familiarity with British culture? Well then you're in luck, because he has those in spades! Thanks very much, Carter!

As any sales person will Do, I felt a little pressured at first. Certain circumstances of my own made me feel that way. But Sam was great with working with me. Made sure I got into a safe vehicle for my young family. And assured me the vehicle I wanted would be within reach when I build up my credit score. And Pam was excellent and very helpful with my credit app. I will be sure to return to them next year when I am ready to upgrade. Thank you guys very much.

We were shopping for a new van as ours had broke down. We got a quote on a new Dodge Caravan from a Langley dealer. We went to Carter Dodge Chrysler, because it was closer, and the salesman, Lance, said over the phone, that he would match the price. When we got to Carter Dodge Chrysler we were kept waiting for Lance. When he came free he again promised that he would match the price. We showed him the ad and he phoned the Langley dealer to confirm it. Only then after wasting our time there and the time getting there on skytrain did he tell us that he would not match the price. We left Carter Dodge Chrysler very unhappy with them and with the salesman Lance. Would not deal with them. I thought those tactics went out a long time ago. It's stunts like this that give car dealers a bad name. We went to the Langley dealer and bought the van trouble free

Very disappointed with the level of service. I went to this dealership on my way home from work because I was interested in a Jeep. I had recently sold my vehicle so I was in need of a new car. I parked right in front of the main entrance (with no other stalls taken) and began to browse the lot. Every now and then I looked into the offices where I saw that I was being watched by multiple sales agents. Hoping one would come down and assist me, i continued to browse the lot. After about 2o minutes, I gave up and began to walk to my car. You could still see the sales guys watch me as I walked to my car and got in. With every other dealership I have been to, its only a matter of minutes before I am greeted by a sales agent. Sadly this was not such a place and although i live down the street, I will be going to another Jeep dealership just because of this bad experiencee. With a big purchase such as a car, I would like to know I care rather than just being watched through a window.

I took my car in for as it would not start. It had sat for 4 months. They told me that the engine had no oil pressure. They emptied the oil and got the pressure back. Within 36 hours the problem was back. Got it towed in and they said it was fine. It had to much oil in it as I put in oil because it looked empty. I asked them to drive it and see if the issue persists. They drove it with the oil pressure light on back to the shop. They told me that I now have metal fragments in the engine. They Wrecked my car. No refund for the work that wasn’t done properly and they will not fix my engine. Now they want my car to be towed back home. So basically they killed my car, charged me 1000.00 for that and have told me to beat it. Do not buy here and do not service here. They lie to the clients and Chrysler Gordon Lynch tried to tell me that it was an over filling oil issue.
