Just got my 2026 GR86 from Destination Toyota and I couldn’t be happier with the friendly, prompt and professional service from all members of the dealership. Derrick sales provided excellent service from the very beginning. I cancelled a test drive and the next week - he personally messaged me to see if I was still interested in the car. Without the time and effort he took to send that message, I probably wouldn’t be enjoying the car I have today. Anisa finance was also amazing and very patient with any questions I had. She took the time to explain every single warranty/protection item to ensure that I got everything I wanted and needed - without being pushy. Hassan delivery specialist was great and helped me get set up in the new car with the app and Bluetooth and all that. He made sure to confirm if I wanted the front plate drilled into the bumper - where I’ve heard a lot of dealerships wouldn’t bother to ask and automatically did it. Trish insurance was awesome as well and helped me to figure out an insurance plan that worked for my needs but protected my purchase. Overall, everyone was fantastic.
