Peter Kim is a very nice and smart sales. I happened to meet him in a hurry inquiry for 2017 Camry hybrid in the store. Obviously, he is well-trained or natural sales. More important, all these just made me feel comfortable..... I am happy to have the last 2017 Camry hybrid LE in the whole west coast of Canada with a great price. You know, catching a good time-window and meeting a smart sales are the key factors to help you get a good price. Lucky deal and thanks to Peter!

We went to Destination Toyota to check out the 3rd row space of the 4Runner. There wasn’t any 4Runner in the showroom. Patrick Choi approached us, knowing that we were actually pretty set on the new 2018 Odyssey at the time; he was still more than happy to show us a 4Runner that is on the far end of the outdoor parking lot. He patiently waited for us to check out the interior space; wasn’t in any hurry to go back to the showroom to talk to a customer who may actually buy a Toyota that day. We then left, still pretty much set on Odyssey. Couple of months later, we had a change of heart. I called Patrick up, and we bought the 4Runner from him! At the delivery, there were some misunderstanding, a couple of accessories are missing/incorrect. And I did not realize this until we drove home. I went back, they were very quick to correct them. We are really happy with the purchase at Destination Toyota. I want to say I’ll definitely buy another one from Patrick, but we bought our 3rd gen 4Runner 20+ years ago, and own it till we sold it a couple weeks ago. I really don’t see that happening any time soon, not because of Patrick, but because of Toyota’s reliability!

We recently purchased a used 4Runner from Destination Toyota and were amazed by how incredible the service was and how beautifully they prepared the car for pick up. It was like getting a brand new car, and the sales staff made us feel like we'd just bought the most expensive car on the lot! I'd especially like to acknowledge the amazing work our salesman Michael Ash did for us - he's a real star, and if you're in there looking for a car make sure you get him working for you too! We'll definitely be recommending this dealership to friends looking to get into a new or used car.

Incredible service: Period! The first time I brought my older Lexus for repair they went beyond "the call of duty" to fix the problem. Dorthy Chee regularly kept me well informed on what was going on, suggesting well informed options and Stan, a first class mechanic really knew his stuff. I even spoke with the service manager, unfortunately forgot his name, who was also helpful, accommodating and friendly. Naturally after such a good experience, the next time I needed some repair work, two weeks back, and not a related issue, I drove up to the service gate (Dorthy's Door) with a car that obviously needed immediate attention. Not realizing when I booked the appointment online I had actually booked a later date thinking it was for that day. Amazingly, I wasn't turned away. Even though they were very busy, they said they would try to fit me in though it would have to be the next day. The date I booked was actually two weeks away so waiting until the next day seemed very generous on their part. They even made arrangements to drop me off and pick me up the next day when my car was ready and has been running great ever since. GREAT SERVICE! Thanks Dorthy, Stan and Service manager. When owning a car it's important to have a good service & repair center and Destination Toyota is the best I've ever experienced in my 50 years of driving. John

Michael, Tracy, and Gina helped my fiance and I yesterday when we financed our brand-new 2018 corolla! The service was impeccable. We felt like the staff truly cared about getting us the best deal as possible, and we are so happy with our new car! We will never go anywhere else for our car needs.
