I went to this place to buy a pre owned Mercedes. The sales person Pablo is awesome. He did a great job for me. Every one was so helpful . Vivian , the insurance lady ( sorry, forgot your name ) were excellent too. They worked very hard to fit every thing within my budget. Thank you so much . The receptionists were a bit off...they should be more focused to the clients. Again Thank you so much....Pablo !!!

Service guys were very helpful. I have an Audi company car which required a special process to order snow tires. They were very helpful and I had my snow tires installed a couple of days later. The free car wash and vacuum was a nice touch too.

Probably the worst customer service. No communication, tell me they put a deposit on the car but then sell my car. Then I proceed to put a deposit on another vehicle and wait for a recall to be fixed and then sell the car without any communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

This place unfortunately is a complete joke... service dept. cant quote prices, they get confused w appointments, service advisors NEVER call me back... random hangups... wow...this is AUDI? no its a KIA... H.Gill is a complete embarrassment to Audi he acts like a big boy but in reality he is a low grade salesman. BEWARE --->skip this dealership run; building looks great on the outside, inside we have a dead crew with bad management
