Story

Destination Mazda was formerly known as Wolfe Mazda, which served served the East Vancouver/Burnaby market for over 20 years.

Established in 2003 Destination Auto Group is a Vancouver-based automotive retailer, operating six full-service dealerships in the Lower Mainland, which represent 8 brands: Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda and Toyota.

At Destination, we focus on empowering our customers with the right information to meet their automotive needs - new and pre-owned vehicle sales, maintenance and servicing. This commitment is reflected in the daily activities of our 250+ team members, as well as in our three business principles:

I do recommend Destination Mazda Vancouver. I had a pleasant experience buying new CX-5 here. From start when I started talking with JJ till finishing everything up and closing all the details. When I got first into the dealership at start of Jan, they had incoming CX-5 signature, soul red. But, as I did not like the color, they managed to switch out and make accommodations that car that will arrive be of gray color. What I got was probably most Beautiful color you can get on Mazda, machine gray :-. Both JJ and his Manager were really good at helping me get what I wanted. Next step was with financials and signing everything. They helped me a lot there, but my suggestion here is always know what you want and need. As 1h for each part might not be enough to go through all details we had 2h scheduled to do this if it is your first time buying a car like I was. After I got home, I checked my contracts and some of the stuff I was not happy about, but Katelin financial manager helped me fit everything to my needs and it was breeze changing what could be changed. JJ was nice and helpful and introduced me to features of my car, they also guided me through setting up things like Mazda connect, and you get nice checklist of all the things to check. Overall pleasant experience, as much as it can be when going to spend nice amount of money ;- I can recommend Destination Mazda as your dealer as everyone here was very nice, and they made me feel comfortable, I felt like I don't have to anxiously watch every step as there is room for correction and they are very helpful. My first purchase went really good, and am now happy owner of new CX-5 :D
The entire team at Destination Mazda was very friendly, accommodating and made the whole first-time car buying experience a breeze! Special thanks to JJ who is an excellent representative and answered all our questions! We tried several other dealerships and the level of service and transparency didn't compare to what was offered here. They genuinely treated us like valued customers and explained everything and made us feel that they had our best interests in mind. We couldn't be happier with our 2022 CX-5 Signature! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a vehicle.

We recently purchased a Mazda 3 at this location and it has been a very smooth experience from start to finish! This is my first time buying a car and I was impressed by the care and attention by the team at this location! They really go above and beyond for you to ensure that you have a positive experience. We love the car, and are so glad that we went with Destination Mazda because you can tell that they are reliable, professional, and attentive. We will definitely come back here for all of our Mazda needs going forward! They even followed up with us a week after to make sure everything was going well and if we had any questions. I highly recommend this location for your car needs. Huge kudos to Ibrahim, Jerod, and Derrick!
We received exceptional service from Mark, Katelin, and the team at Destination Mazda which was refreshing after spending the morning shopping at the Automall. The entire sales process was quick and seamless; I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.
Called Destination Mazda today to get some information on a vehicle I’m buying that was originally purchased at this dealership. I was transferred to the general sales manager Dave who was on another level of beyond helpful! This dealership didn’t have to give me the time of day or go out of their way to help me get the info I needed since I wasn’t buying from them but they did. Not only that, Dave was so wonderful he walked me through the specs and explained some features of the vehicle compared to my current Mazda and even emailed me the spec sheet on top. I’m so impressed by the level of care and helpfulness that Dave showed me that I just had to leave this review! I will be upgrading to an SUV in a few years and now absolutely plan to go to this dealership for my next Mazda purchase because I want to deal with a dealership who truly cares about people, not just sales. Well done Destination Mazda and much thanks to Dave!
My sales guy Ahad was a dream to work with, congenial, not high pressure, listened to what I needed and was super friendly and respectful. Would totally recommend him to anyone, you will feel like he's your instant friend! In finance Greg and Jerod had a great sense of humour and the whole process was very relaxed. Kudos to my ICBC rep also forgot his name!, he was very knowledgeable as well. I haven't been to a dealership in over a decade, the team here is stellar, real people with super personalities that makes it a breeze to feel confident in the brand. Thanks for selling me my first Mazda! Wishing everyone a happy holidays with full bellies and loads of laughter
Great experience at Destination Mazda. JJ from sales and Greg from finance were both fantastic. I received a very fair offer for my trade in and the buying process was flawless. I've been to other dealerships including ones that you would consider "premium" and haven't received half as good customer service as I have here.
Great variety of Mazdas with reasonable prices. I'm leaving two stars out because of some details that they could improve on: * When delivered the car, fuel tank was 3/4 empty * The newbie service guy could not screw the license plate to the back of the car and wanted to make a new hole. We came home and screwed it easily ourselves. * Car fob/key needed battery replacement the car was not turning on the next day * Long wait time on their ICBC rep office.
Superb professional services. All of their representatives are great. Especially Ahad & Greg went out of their way to insure my requests were handled properly. They were both friendly and professional. What else to expect? Mazda tradition shines everywhere, quality product and prefect after service.
