Great experience in both sales and service department. Buying the vehicle last year was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Straightforward and honest, never felt like we had to haggle. Service department is friendly and clean. Most importantly, they are on time. Car was ready when they said it would be. And they offer a convenient shuttle service for those in the neighborhood.

Yet another great experience at Morrey Infiniti Burnaby! Our previous dealing with Morrey Infinity was more than satisfactory as the whole team displayed a very high level of customer services and professionalism. This time was no different, thanks to knowledgeable and helpful assistance of Financial Manager Angela and especially Sales Rep Wendy. Wendy's efficient knowledge of products and prompt communication along with helpful and exceedingly accommodating attitude made the transaction quick and pleasant, which even further increased my confidence in exclusive dealing with Morrey Infinity team.

Morrey Infiniti has an exceptional customer service. They went above my expectations - they are very detailed and organized when communicating with clients, prompt and straight forward on answering questions and inquiries, they work with my budget reasonably and able to give me the best options. Rick Gill, my sales representative is very knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate with his job - he is consistent with follow ups and on ensuring that my needs are taken care of. Morrey Infiniti will ensure they value client relations. I am not only happy with my new car but highly satisfied with the customer service. I will definitely keep on coming back to this location for my car services. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

This without a doubt is one of the best dealerships in the lower mainland, the people there are pleasant to deal with and they know how to treat their loyal customers with value. I had a pleasure of purchasing my 3rd vechicle from here in the last 4 years, and again Andrew came through with an amazing deal for my brand new q60. He is straight to the point, and helps you with what your looking for - he crunched some numbers and made it work for me without any questions. Its refreshing to deal with a rep like Andrew - and hands down is the best in the business at what he does. As well Angela, the new finance manager is such an awesome person to deal with. The last couple cars I purchased, was done with Karen who was the long term finance manager - and I was little hesitant at first when I found out Karen was no longer with the company. But, Angela definitely made the transition easy. Not to mention, she was brand new at her position - 1 or 2 months in i believe, but with her level of knowledge and expertise and professionalism - you would of thought she has been in this role for the last 10 years. JOB WELL DONE GUYS AND GIRLS - THANKS FOR MY NEW RIDE
