We came from Vancouver Island to see a few amazing priced vehicles at Open Road Volkswagen. We were more than impressed with the quality and price of their used selection and blown away by all the staff we met along the way! From our helpful and awesome, no pressure sales guy Danny to Jody in finance and Manger Ian. We bought with confidence and were on the ferry home the same day with it!! Shout out to you guys for providing unreal service!! You've done a fantastic job taking the stress out of car shopping and making it fun! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OpenRoad staff are friendly and attentive. Their extra client services like free roof rack storage system rentals and installs, and free car washes set them apart from the other dealers. Absolutely no pressure from the sales staff, but they were always there to help us make our decision.

The overall experience at this dealership was very pleasant one. I would definitely recommend the salesman / brand specialist Raj Nagpal, he was extremely helpful and knew about the cars and made sure i know how to use all the features before i left the lot with the new Volkswagen Atlas.

Car wouldn't start. I called the dealership (close to where I work) and made sure they had the battery I needed. Had a colleague jump start my car so I could drive it over to purchase the new battery. Found that the car tool kit didn't have the spanner I needed to remove the battery. I asked if I could borrow the tool and the service guy said they don't lend out tools and I would need to pay $70 for someone to replace the battery (would take me 5min if I had the tool). As they would not lend me a tool to remove my old battery in order to purchase and replace with a new one I was stuck. I didn't feel it right to pay $70 dollars to loosen three bolts, swap battery, and tighten three bolts so I waited for someone to help me jump start my car in their parking lot so I could go elsewhere. Eventually one of the sales guys lent me the tool so I could swap the battery. Maybe I am wrong but even if they said ill get someone to quickly help you as it will only take a few minutes and charge $20, I would have been happy, but they were willing to leave me stranded unless I paid $70 for them to loosen three bolts, swap and battery, and tighten three bolts. Sandy was able to get them to lend me the tools and afterwards the service guys had the cheek to say "it’s a pleasure" as I will leaving -- pleasure for what, your friendly/helpful service haha??? I see in all the positive notes below its base don the sales department, the service department it terrible based on not only my experience. The Sales guy (Sandy Morton) is awesome, great experience, for service save yourself the suffering and go somewhere else.

Great experience at the dealership. Our sales agent is Danny Xu, who was fantastic in getting us the best price for our Tiguan. He was very thorough in explaining the car functions during the handover. Two thumbs up for Danny. I would recommend him to my friends.
