Stay was ok, breakfast was good. Staff were very pleasant.nnPool could use cleaning or water replacement, slide design not child friendly with a 4ft deep pool landing.nTV wasn't workingnWindow opener was brokennWindow bug screen was designed with a hole in it for your hand to reach the window opener.... so didn't serve it's intended purposennOverall not really bad but low value for money

Front desk girl is very personable and awesome to deal with!nPaid: $230 2 Qbed, If your poor, red neck, and live in a run down home this place is goodnnbut this hotel is overpriced…maybe fair if I was being charged $50 a night.nnThe carpets need to be deep cleaned Bad, stone floor tiles need to be steam clean cause there’s a lot of dirt on the natural stone finish right in the groovesnI was told to always wear shoes in my bedroomnBathroom amenities don’t work well, very touchy faucet to get the right water temperaturenAnd I haven’t seen everything

**Comfort Inn Hotel: A Nightmare Experience**nnIf I could give Comfort Inn Hotel a zero-star rating, I would. My recent stay was a disaster from start to finish. Let me break it down further:nn1. **No Hot Water:**nIt's unfathomable, but there was no hot water. Imagine stepping into the shower only to be met with an icy blast. A cold shower might be refreshing on a hot summer day, but not when it's the only option. It was a chilling ordeal, to say the least.nn2. **Broken Door:**nSecurity? Forget about it. The broken door made the room feel more like a public restroom than a private space. It was an invitation for anyone to walk in at any time, leaving me feeling unsafe and vulnerable throughout my stay.nn3. **Loud AC:**nThe loud air conditioner turned the room into an Antarctic tundra. It was impossible to sleep or even think with that deafening racket going on. The noise was beyond disruptive, making relaxation impossible.nn4. **Faulty Room Key:**nTo top it all off, the room key didn’t work. I had to deal with the rudest customer service I've ever encountered just to get into my room. It felt like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there, and the attitude from the staff only added insult to injury.nnSave yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. It's an absolute disaster waiting to happen. Comfort Inn Hotel needs to seriously reconsider its standards and the quality of service it offers.

This whole place needs to be renovated completely. Rooms,washrooms were not cleaned properly. Bed sheets/pillows were not changed everyday. Air conditioner in the room was too loud like a generator. Bed was not comfortable at all. Bathroom faucets/ shower head was not easy to turn on. I know not to stay here ever.

The front receptionist, Virginia, is so amazing! Such a helpful and caring person. She helped me and my son out tremendously with our booking and went above and beyond for us. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, clean and welcoming environment to stay. Thank you again Virginia for being so helpful and kind to me and my son!
