Best Western Plus Regency Inn & Conference Centre

I had another wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Regency Inn & Conference Centre this past week! Every year, we book out most of the hotel for our upcoming provincial event, and the team here consistently delivers fantastic service — this visit was no exception.nnEven though it wasn't the same travel time as when we usually come for the competition, the staff went above and beyond to prioritize us as guests. They were polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. My king room on the second floor was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to settle in for a few days.nnThe location is another huge plus — it's so central to everything I needed. I would love to see a slightly more welcoming or social space in the lobby area to relax outside of my room, but I found the bar at their affiliated restaurant to be a perfect spot to unwind and get some work done in the evenings.nnOverall, I continue to be impressed with the experience here and truly appreciate the consistency and care they show year after year. Looking forward to returning again next week for our big event!

If you are looking for a hotel that has it all, well this is it. Clean rooms, ultra friendly staff, every amenity you could want. This place rules! Breakfast is fantastic, from the food to the excellent staff who service it. Every one of the employees I have encountered here makes me feel welcomed and like a person, not a number.nI don’t like to be away from home, but the team here works their butt off to soften that feeling.nShout out to Amar, you sir are a class act.nKeep killing it guys. I really enjoyed my stay here. I was treated to a Hospitality Suite so it was nice to have the extra room. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fresh and hot. The pool is small but well taken care of and clean. Amar at the front desk was great to deal with. Thanks for the excellent service.

Good clean hotel with soft beds. Pool is a bit small and the hot tub burns hot. Breakfast was the real star. French toast with fruit, sausage cooked just right other hotels never brown the outside but these were great, nice flavourful eggs. This is a good hotel for Travellers, airport users very close to Abbotsford Airport or staying for work.

Our recent stay at the Best Western exceeded all expectations. Not only did the staff go above and beyond to meet our needs, but the overall property was well maintained with comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. We loved the complimentary breakfast they provided in the morning, there was great selection. We will be back!
