Creekside Cats is an all inclusive boarding hotel that consists of 15 private walk-in suites to suit your needs.

Story

**Please note: every site visit is by appointment only, and we are closed on Sundays**

An all-inclusive boarding hotel, exclusively for cats. We have 12 private, walk-in rooms for your feline friends. Every room is heated, spacious, bright, with at least one window that opens for fresh air. In each dressed room we include a bench for jumbo litter boxes with 10-12 pounds of fresh clumping litter, a climbing tree, a viewing ledge at every window and plug-in for personal heating pads, night lights, fountains, and kitty toys. We follow your individual care plan rigorously ensuring happy and healthy cats.

Creekside Cats Boarding Hotel is the ultimate in luxury stay for your feline family member. All individual rooms decorated nicely with climbing stations and other fun things for your kitty. Lots of care and attention is given to the cats in residence by a very caring staff. The hotel is located in Clayburn Village in Abbotsford on private property.

We boarded our cats here while we were away and they were so well taken care of! The staff were very friendly. Check in and check out was fast and easy. I like that we were able to go into our cat's room and see them. I especially loved that they emailed us with photos and let us know our cat's were doing great! We will definitely be using them again the next time we are out of town!

I was so worried about going on vacation because I wanted someone who had plenty of time to come visit and play with my cat, but who also understood her medical needs and fussy behaviour. When I went to Creekside Cats to look at their facility, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The place was thoroughly cleaned, and there was no smell at all, even though there were multiple cats in the facility at the time. All the other cats seemed so happy and well taken care of. We decided to leave our cat at Creekside for the week, and proceeded to fill out the her application form. I loved how detailed the application form was. I felt like the facility would make my cat feel like she is at home since they were following her exact routine that we have for her at home, such as her feeding schedule, her dietary requirements, playtime and medication administration. After my first day on vacation I got an update letting me know how my cat was adjusting, along with pictures! I sent e-mails back and forth throughout my vacation to check in on my cat, and she had settled in just fine. When I came to pick my cat up, she was happy to see me, but I could tell she was also very happy at the facility. It was as if my cat got her own vacation too :). I would highly recommend Creekside Cats to anyone who wants their pet to be well taken care of. The cost of boarding is excellent considering how much time they spend with your cat, and how clean and accommodating the facility is. Above all, it gave me peace of mind while I was on vacation to know that my pet was happy and well taken care of.

I have taken my cats here several times. I love it and they love it! This last time, I was offered a taxi service for a small charge ($20 I think) to bring my cats home, as I didn't have a vehicle. It was so easy to arrange and I didn't have to leave them an extra night until I got my car! I would highly recommend Creekside to anyone who needs to board their cats.
