The staff is generally very friendly. The rooms are nice. Every one is like a suite with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom from the living room. Each room that I have stayed in has a balcony that you can sit on and enjoy the surrounding views. Nice hotel. The downside is their rewards program. It is very old school. They need to get up-to-date with digital records so you don't have to carry around a piece of paper with stamps on it. If they can get that fixed they could possibly get 5 stars.

Beautiful rooms, great service. Well located. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance and close to nice places to visit. If they'd have a pool, this would deserve a 6 stars!

The family suite was excellent. Nice kitchen, bunk beds, and a bedroom. Very spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is actually incredible value. For around $140/night (including taxes and fees) you get an entire suite with living area and kitchenette. The suites are clean and feel modern. The service is excellent.
