Wonderful staff.nRoom was perfect.nAccommodated every request including extended stay for as long as they were able.nMy last night in Abbotsford they were completely booked no problem I understand so I had booked elsewhere.nThe staff called later in the day after check out to let me know they had a cancelation wanted to offer me another extension.nAs I had another booking elsewhere I declined as I would have had to pay full room price to cancel the new booking elsewhere.nI regret not canceling at the new place and returning to this establishment.nnPet friendly.nnQuiet place.nnRespectful, courteous and truly amazing staff.nnAny trips west of Hope, I will always book with the Sandman Suites on Simon Rd. Abbotsford.nnThank you to all your staff I encountered during my stay.
I rarely give a review. But the two workers on staff last night were “above and beyond” - both Sukhman and Harjot.nI sustained a back injury a few years ago which requires me to sleep on a very firm bed. They did not rest until they made sure that I was set up to accommodate this, and not only were they super helpful & kind, but they were determined to figure out an answer. Our family stays in many hotels with our kids sports, and this kind of service is a rare treasure!nI had an excellent sleep, and want others to know how well customers are treated here, even when they are so busy!!
Great location and the staff was so helpfully nice. Room look like they could use some sprucing up like painting baseboards and fixing broken counters. But the suite was clean and had a patio attached. We enjoyed our stay.
Staff were amazing, the location is excellent. The room layout is also great. The only issue was the carpets. We stayed in two rooms. In both cases the carpets were so sticky your socks stuck to the ground. They are in desperate need of a shampoo. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels all over North America and the world and have never seen anything like this. Other than that, the rooms were clean.
I stayed one night here on business. The room layout was good, the room had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom with king size bed, and a bathroom. The room looked clean, and most of the washroom was clean except for the tub. The tub at first glance looked clean, but then I noticed the bottom had a tinge of grey on it, I passed a clean toilet paper over it and lots of soap scum was on the paper. This was why my overall rating is 4 star rating. I rated the room as 5 in terms of layout and look. I didn’t rate the service because I didn’t have any service interactions except maybe briefly at the front desk and it was good.
