I have stayed at this hotel for over 40 nights and have always found the receptionists very helpful in particular Venus.nNothing has been a problem whenever I have asked her for anything.nWhether it's a change of room or even arranging the use of the swimming pool at your other hotel in Abbotsford .nI can only commend her and the rest of the team.
This hotel is beautiful and was so impressed with the spacious suite! Easy to access and the staff are all so friendly! Will keep staying there every time I’m in the area!
Got to the hotel super early so our room wasn't quite ready. Was nice and close to the mall and so many amenities, so the hotel held onto our bags while we went and did some shopping, had a bite to eat at Denny's and went for coffee. They also didn't mind us waiting in the lobby for awhile until the room was ready. Room was spacious, like a full one bedroom apt with a full kitchenette, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, plus a tv in both the living room and bedroom as well as a fire place and AC!!nI would absolutely recommend this hotel to others!
I have stayed at the Sandman on Simon a few evenings over the past year and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. Haylie provided incredible service this evening and would recommend this hotel and Sandman location to anyone looking to stay in Abbotsford.
For how expensive this hotel was, the service and amenities are severely lacking. There is no pool, no breakfast one mediocre coffee station with very limited options, and muffins that ran out very quick, very clear the hotel cheaps out with towels. Coming into the room the ice bucket had a crack in it as well as a bathroom drawer hanging off its hinges. Moral is, for paying $500+ for a single hotel room, we were not impressed.
