Comfort Inn Montreal Aeroport Pointe Claire

I had an extremely disturbing experience at this Comfort Inn location and feel obligated to warn others. During my stay, my car was stolen from the hotel parking lot — and not just any car, but a high-end, clearly valuable vehicle. What makes this situation even more alarming is how the staff behaved before and after the incident.nnFrom the beginning, something felt off. The staff were unusually evasive and gave off a sketchy vibe. After my car was stolen, their reaction was shockingly casual, almost like they expected it. There was zero urgency, not even a real attempt to help. It honestly felt like they knew more than they were letting on. Considering they were well aware of the kind of car we were driving, it’s hard not to believe we were targeted — possibly even set up.nnThe lack of cameras, security, and cooperation from the staff made this feel more like a trap than a safe place to stay. I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels across the country and have never felt this unsafe or unsettled.nnIf you value your safety, your vehicle, or your peace of mind — do not stay here.

It's rare to find a hotel in any major city that offers the traveller the combination of hospitality, comfort, convenience with parking, free transportation to the airport, public transportation at their doorstep, plus other amenities.nI am familiar with most hotels in Montreal and vicinity and this is a gem. When I consider a hotel, I make my decision on comfort and service. Is it in a safe and convenient location, well kept facility and where the staff are spontaneously helpful and pleasant. While this Comfort Inn meets all those requirements, the staff at this hotel are extraordinary. From the front desk check-in... welcoming and efficient, the hotel staff demonstrated their desire to make your stay comfortable. Excellent place for a short stay. Very clean rooms, good looking furnishing, comfortable air conditioning, clean bathroom. Regard not taking any picture of the room to support my review.nThe booking included free parking and free breakfast.nFriendly staff, they made check in and checkout seamless and greeting.nBreakfast was great and everything was tasteful. They also served freshly baked croissants and apple danish on the table.nThe only downside is that dining area is small and the 2 floor building does not have elevator.

A Perfect Stay – Exceptional staff, perfect location, and very clean.nFrom the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right place. Stayed for one night at this hotel since it is extremely close to the airport. Check-in was smooth as we had arrived at 10pm. Based on our short stay, I would say the hotel is a great-value deal for budget travelers who are willing to sacrifice some luxury. Parking is outdoor and was generally safe. Breakfast was minimal as expected, but generally, we didn't really find anything to complaint about. Staff were very polite and welcoming.
