Great location, free taxi voucher instead of air port shuttle, very clean. Older but tastefully updated rooms and carpets. Full breakfast options. Very friendly and competent staff at the desk. Would highly recommend.

We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and very happy with the complimentary breakfast. The complimentary lemon water is also a great hit with us! Forget the larger hotels in the immediate vicinity. This is where we will be staying from now on when visiting the area.

Staff was nice, rooms were clean, parking was easy. There is no elevator though! Kids sucks we had a lot of bags.

This location is no longer business / employee friendly. Our business books anywhere from 15 - 30 rooms per year through out Ontario and Quebec. This location said they no longer do credit card authorization forms for businesses and that our employee's should instead pay for their own hotel and have our employee's submit to our company for the $500 to reimburse them. Spoke with the Customer Service department at Choice Hotels and they stated that this must be only this locations policy as every location has their own policies, some use paper forms while others have switched to using digital authorizations through a company called Sertifi Inc out of Chicago.nnThe location conveniently was able to put me on hold to find get confirmation that they can not do credit card authorizations but when I wanted to speak to a manager that convenience only applied to their staff because suddenly I would need to wait 3 days until Monday to speak with someone even though it was only 3pm local time for them on a Friday.nnLucky for me the staff at Choice Hotels were appreciative of our loyalty and able to not only listen to our frustration regarding this location but assist us in finding a hotel location that was interested in serving paying customers.nnIf you're calling from a business location there are multiple hotels in this area that are far less difficult to deal with.

Stayed here long time ago. It was clean and well kept. When i checked out i left a gold chain in the washroom. I called at the reception and the lady there went to the room and retrieved it to return to me. The best place to stay
