Comfort Inn Montreal Aeroport Pointe Claire

I just wanted to take the time and mention the individual who was working at the front desk.nHis name is Rudy hope I spelled it right nI would recommend him to anyone nHe is a Top Notch EmployeenHe was very polite and very helpful and made me feel at home.nI have never met anyone like him in all the places I have stayed at, and I've stayed at quite a few places.nThankyou for being so kind and caring to me and adding value to my staynDon Khoe

Jeff Greb and I stayed there at the comfort inn pointe Claire for 2 weeks until labor day weekend, the last two weeks of August. Rachel and Ahmid were wonderful. She was at the front desk and he is asst manager. They were always so helpful and always polite and smiling. We just loved them!!! Ricardo put on a wonderful breakfast every day and he also was always helpful and smiling. Even when cleaning up a mess that a guest made. The food was fantastic with homemade waffles that I made almost every morning plus eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, toast, bagels, yogurt, and fresh fruit…etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to the highways to tour around. We would stay there again and are thinking of coming back next year!!! And we hope to see the same three smiling faces when we do! They made our visit remarkable and memorable ‼‼‼

I stay here regularly, so I have experienced all the staff and many of the rooms.nnThe fact that I stay here regularly says something right there. I have traveled for a living and know a good, functional, well-cared for hotel from a bad one. The staff there, from breakfast bar to front desk to housekeeping, are friendly, professional, helpful, and absolutely bend over backwards to ensure your stay is fabulous.nnIe, I got in on a horribly hot day and the AC in my room wasn't working. Jules came up to fix it. When that didn't work, she tested out at least three or four empty rooms nearby and gave me and assessment of how cold each was, and then let me choose which one I wanted. Offered to have my stuff moved over for me. THAT is the kind of service you get there.

We were not properly treated by the staff of this hotel.nnThis hotel was booked by Air Canada, but it is not pet-friendly. I understand that, and that part is fine.nnI only asked the staff member for a document or written confirmation stating that the check-in was cancelled, so that I could present it to Air Canada. The staff member simply said, “I cannot do anything,” and refused to help.nnIt was around midnight, and the way we were treated was not appropriate or professional. I just asked for help.

It's rare to find a hotel in any major city that offers the traveller the combination of hospitality, comfort, convenience with parking, free transportation to the airport, public transportation at their doorstep, plus other amenities.nI am familiar with most hotels in Montreal and vicinity and this is a gem. When I consider a hotel, I make my decision on comfort and service. Is it in a safe and convenient location, well kept facility and where the staff are spontaneously helpful and pleasant. While this Comfort Inn meets all those requirements, the staff at this hotel are extraordinary. From the front desk check-in... welcoming and efficient, the hotel staff demonstrated their desire to make your stay comfortable. While I had a few words with the hotel management Lyndsay, Justin, and Imad to express my positive experience, I would like to thank in particular Rachel, Rosemarie, Vigilia, and Prabha, for their service and kindness.nIt is the staff of this hotel that are the cohesive binder between the guests and the name on the building.
