this place should get no stars. it looks like a junk yard where garbage goes to die. don't believe the pictures. they advertise 30 amp but the power cuts out if your microwave and television is on at the same time. they pack you in like sardines and won't give refund when you just want to leave because their trailer park sucks. NO WONDER THEY CALL IT DOGWOOD. BEWARE OF DOGWOOD.

The roads are deplorable. The washrooms were a pig pen & out of toilet paper of course. At 1pm the next day the washrooms were still not cleaned garbage overflowing. By the looks of the place I didn't dare go into the pool & it was being shut down for health reasons I read on the wall. Very sketchy & you got the feeling you were not welcome. The locals told us not to leave our things out they will go missing...nice.

Need to repair the roads within the park. The potholes are awful! Other than that, the newly repaired pool is fantastic. Staff are nice, showers have great pressure but need updating. Well-priced & clean laundry facilities. No wi-fi hookups available in the daily-rate RV sites. Basic cable is included, we got approx. 25 channels. Free wifi @ the main office was nice.

If I could give it 1/4 star or less I certainly would. -10 is more like it. Thieves and liars. Rude staff.

I would have given it 5 stars but the sites are very close together. Great staff. Very friendly but no space between sites
