A Summer Cottage Resort in the heart of Muskoka, our specialty is providing families with a fun and safe lakeside getaway.

Story

Since 1885, my family has welcomed guests from around the world to our piece of Muskoka paradise. Our property has 9 cottages, nestled within a 20 acre valley, surrounded by mature maple, oak and pine trees. We are proud to offer one of the premier waterfronts on Mary Lake! Children love our sandy beach and the lake bottom is shallow, firm and weed-free!

Excellent cottage resort. Units are clean and comfortable. Our unit was just updated and renovated. Easy walk to the lake. Lots of room to sit, and plenty of toys for kids. Canoes abs in kayaks available but no need to rent which is nice. Beach is beautiful, sandy shore. Dave is very friendly and always available to help.

Been coming here for years. Beautiful cottages and property. Plenty of barbeques, canoes, kayaks, paddles, paddle boat, life jackets for all the visitors to use at any time. Also has a badminton net with rackets, a tennis court, and a beach volleyball court. Perfect for family vacations.

This was the fourth consecutive year we chose to spend our vacation at Clyffe House, and there's no doubt we'll be back for a fifth. The grounds are beautiful - the beach is fantastic for kids, even if they're not yet swimmers. The facilities are tremendous, with swimming, pedal-boating, paddle-boarding, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, and fishing all part of the experience. Above all, Dave is a fantastic host: there with a smile when you need him, and otherwise, not. In no time at all, our cabin quickly feels like our home. Can't recommend this highly enough, especially for families with kids.
